Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses
1. You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service:
  1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
  2. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect. This would include for example the offer of tickets for any event which (a) does not exist and/or (b) is in the past and/or (c) has been cancelled.
  3. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors (persons under the age of 18) in any way.
  4. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our Content Standards (see below) and/or Ticketing Policy for Buyers and/or Ticketing Policy for Sellers.
  5. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
  6. To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
2. You also agree:
  1. Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our service in contravention of the provisions of our User Agreement.
  2. Not to publish, distribute, or otherwise make public third party contact information you receive from a buyer or seller received as part of a transaction through our site.
  3. Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
    1. any part of our service;
    2. any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
    3. any software used in the provision of our service;
    4. any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third party; or
    5. other users' accounts or personal information (other than to the extent strictly necessary to complete the transaction between buyer and seller in accordance with our Ticketing Policy for Buyers and/or Ticketing Policy for Sellers).
Content Standards
1. The content standards set out below ("Content Standards") apply to any and all material and/or data and/or information which you contribute to or via our site ("Contributions"), and to any services associated with it.
2. You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole. In particular, these standards apply to any information provided in relation to tickets held or offered for sale.
3. Contributions must:
  1. Be accurate and up to date (where they state facts).
  2. Be genuinely held (where they state opinions).
  3. Comply with applicable law in the country or region in which the event is taking place, and from which they are posted.
4. Contributions must not:
  1. Contain any material which is defamatory.
  2. Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
  3. Contain or promote sexually explicit material and/or events.
  4. Contain or promote unlawful violence.
  5. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  6. Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
  7. Be likely to deceive any person.
  8. Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
  9. Promote any illegal activity, which shall include offering or supplying tickets to illegal events.
  10. Be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
  11. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
  12. Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
  13. Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
  14. Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement, computer misuse or cyber crime.
Suspension and Termination
1. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
2. Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the User Agreement upon which you are permitted to use our site and/or our service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
  1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our service.
  2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to or via our service.
  3. Issue of a warning to you.
  4. Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  5. Further legal action against you.
  6. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
3. We disclaim liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. Our response is not limited to those responses described in this Policy, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
1. We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this Acceptable Use Policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our service.
