How it works
The most popular way to trade unwanted tickets with other genuine fans.
Sellers sell for free and buyers never pay more than the original face value of the ticket.
How to sell
Here's the 5 step process to a successful sale.
With millions of active users, tickets are bought up fast. Over 75% of all tickets sold take under 48 hours to be purchased.
Choose
Use our event database to locate the show you have spare ticket(s) for. If it's not there, simply add it yourself. Tell us the venue, date of the show, how many tickets you're selling and how you'll deliver them. We support all ticket types.
Set your price
Charge anything up to the original face value, but no more. You can add any original booking fee paid to your total price though. You can also agree to accept an offer if you're willing to reduce your listed price.
Approval
Our team manually check each listing before tickets are made available to our users, to ensure prices and event details are all correct. You'll be notified as soon as they're published, typically this will take just a few minutes.
List
Once your listing is live, add it to your favourite social networks using our share buttons. Remember to tag Twickets too.
Sold
You'll be notified as soon as your tickets have sold, and what delivery method the buyer has accepted. Most events require you to have a PayPal account. This enables you to get paid as soon as the tickets have been sold. For some events we'll pay direct into your account 5 to 8 business days after the event takes place.

If you're sent an unauthorised payment, or a buyer claims they didn't receive their item, you'll be covered for the full amount of the payment, as long as you provide proof of shipment. Where PayPal is used, you're covered by PayPal's Seller Protection policy.
