How to sell
Here's the 5 step process to a successful sale.
With millions of active users, tickets are bought up fast. Over 75% of all tickets sold take under 48 hours to be purchased.
Use our event database to locate the show you have spare ticket(s) for. If it's not there, simply add it yourself. Tell us the venue, date of the show, how many tickets you're selling and how you'll deliver them. We support all ticket types.
Set your price
Charge anything up to the original face value, but no more. You can add any original booking fee paid to your total price though. You can also agree to accept an offer if you're willing to reduce your listed price.
Our team manually check each listing before tickets are made available to our users, to ensure prices and event details are all correct. You'll be notified as soon as they're published, typically this will take just a few minutes.
Once your listing is live, add it to your favourite social networks using our share buttons. Remember to tag Twickets too.
You'll be notified as soon as your tickets have sold, and what delivery method the buyer has accepted. Most events require you to have a PayPal account. This enables you to get paid as soon as the tickets have been sold. For some events we'll pay direct into your account 5 to 8 business days after the event takes place.
If you're sent an unauthorised payment, or a buyer claims they didn't receive their item, you'll be covered for the full amount of the payment, as long as you provide proof of shipment. Where PayPal is used, you're covered by PayPal's Seller Protection policy.

How to buy
Here's the 5 step process to a successful purchase.
With millions of active users, tickets are usually listed for all events, even the most in demand ones.
Check our listings
Search and browse all our listings on our Web site, mobile apps and live Twitter feed. Find out what's going on locally by using our 'Starting soon in your area' feature.
Set up an alert
Can't find tickets for an event you're looking for ? Set up an alert to be notified for when they become available.
Make an offer
Unlike other resale platforms you'll never pay more than face value for tickets on Twickets. For most events you can even make an offer for less than the listed price.
Pay a standard booking fee
Buyers on average pay only a 12% booking fee on the ticket price, substantially cheaper than other resale sites where the total fees can amount to over 40% of the cost of the ticket.
Choose from the delivery methods offered by the seller. You'll only be offered options which ensure that the tickets arrive in time ahead of the event.
If your tickets aren't as described, you'll be covered for the full amount of the item. Where PayPal is used, you're covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection policy.
